These terms govern your use of AfterMod.

Last updated: May 22, 2026 (Beta phase)

Notice on legal validityIn case of legal disputes, the German language version is binding. The English translation is provided for information only.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of AfterMod (hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

The Service uses AI to generate a visualization from a photo you upload and a modification description. The visualization is an artistic interpretation and does not constitute a technical specification, parts list, or guarantee for the actual final result.

3. Terms of use

You may only upload photos for which you hold the necessary rights. In particular, no photos with identifiable persons without their consent, no protected brand photos, and no copyrighted content from other photographers.

Prohibited are: abusive use (e.g. automated bulk queries), attempts to manipulate the Service, or to generate unlawful content.

4. Beta phase

The Service is currently in an open beta phase. There is no claim to availability, stability, or specific features. The Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

During the beta phase, use is free of charge.

5. Liability

The generated visualizations are not a reliable template for real modifications. We assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of the results (e.g. wrong purchases, incompatibilities, safety risks).

Otherwise, we are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence within the scope of statutory provisions.

6. Copyright of results

You receive a non-exclusive right of use for the visualizations generated by the Service for private and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use (e.g. advertising) is not permitted during the beta phase.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permitted, the provider's registered seat.
